This is a Suduko solver program made in VBA. Click on the picture to download! Can solve ANY Sudoko that I have seen, but I am sure you may be able to find a way to break it. It only brute forces, once all other solving options have been exhausted.
Project Euler (named after Leonhard Euler) is a website dedicated to a series of computational problems intended to be solved with computer programs. The project attracts adults and students interested in mathematics and computer programming. It includes over 400 problems, with a new one added every Saturday. Problems are of varying difficulty but each is solvable in less than a minute using an efficient algorithm on a modestly powered computer. I am currently level 2 meaning I have solved 50 problems or more.
Inspired by a chess board from one of my favorite TV show, Farscape, I am building a three dimensional board out of maple and bocote wood. Click on the thumbnail to see how it is coming.
This is a dakota style fire pit. The pipe at the bottom of the pit makes the fire burn more efficient, As a result you get hotter fires with less smoke! Some things we learned along the way - DON'T MAKE THE MORTAR TOO WATERY OR YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A BAD TIME!!!! You want to make it like play doh consistency, maybe just a LITTLE wetter then that.
